In-Stock Availability

We manufacture our own hardware, so the standard models are kept in stock and ready to ship. Patrol readers are normally available for immediate dispatch; checkpoint buttons and guard ID tags are stocked in large quantities (tens of thousands on hand) so even sizeable rollouts can start without a long wait.

If your order is unusual — a very large volume, a phased rollout, or a model on the edge of a product change — tell us the quantities and we will confirm exact availability before you pay.

Payment Terms

To keep prices factory-direct and lead times short, we work on 100% advance payment. We accept two methods:

  • T/T (bank transfer) — preferred for larger orders; we send the account details with the proforma invoice.
  • PayPal — convenient for smaller orders and sample kits.
Production and dispatch start only after full payment is received and cleared. We do not ship against a deposit or on credit terms.

Lead Time & Delivery

Once full payment is received, in-stock standard orders are dispatched within 3 business days. We ship worldwide by major commercial couriers with door-to-door service:

  • FedEx / DHL / UPS / TNT and similar express carriers
  • Door-to-door delivery to your address
  • Normal transit: about 3–8 business days after dispatch
Transit times are estimates for standard customs clearance. Remote areas, peak seasons or carrier delays can add a few days. Bulk or OEM orders follow their own schedule (see OEM below).

Customs & Import Duties

We deliver DAP (Delivered At Place, duties unpaid) by default. That means:

  • You (the buyer) are responsible for import customs clearance in your country.
  • Import duties or taxes, where applicable, are paid by the buyer.
  • We provide the commercial invoice, packing list and any paperwork the carrier needs to clear the goods.
To avoid delays, please confirm your local import requirements (and any licence for security equipment) before ordering, and make sure the shipping address and contact details are accurate.

OEM & Customisation

We are a manufacturer, so OEM and private labelling are part of everyday business. We can apply your logo and branding to the housing, packaging, firmware and software, and supply compliant product images for your own listings.

  • Standard products: from 1 unit (no customisation).
  • Custom-logo products: from 10 sets; the logo plate is made in a batch of 500, with the surplus plates held in stock for your future orders.
  • Logo processes: laser engraving from 20 sets; acrylic plate with silk-screen printing from 500 plates.
  • Software branding: available for an additional fee (quoted on request).
Custom tooling follows its own schedule: after sample sign-off, standard custom orders deliver in about one week; larger runs such as 500 readers take about two weeks. Packaging and manuals are customised from 200 units.
